I am Yann Hoffmann, GenAI Solutions Consultant at ANTEA Advisory. I work with organisations in regulated industries on GenAI implementation ; from use case scoping through deployment and compliance alignment. My background spans ML research, large-scale experimentation, and building AI systems in production.
This site is a space where I showcase professional projects and develop ideas through writing. I spend a lot of time thinking about entrepreneurship, and, ever since reading The E-Myth, about the power of systems and how IT is simply the latest stage of automation.
